Terms & Conditions

1.General Warranties

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys S.A.S. (hereinafter, Hidden Journeys, Tingua Hidden Journeys or the company) guarantees the provision of quality service and continuous advice to its clients.

 

The official communication channel between the customer and Hidden Journeys will be the email info@hiddenjourneys.co. The provision of the services will begin once the client informs the acceptance of the offer under the prices informed on the page www.hiddenjourneys.co, through email or quotation and makes the corresponding payment through the means agreed in writing. By making payment for any of the services offered, the client agrees to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions described herein.

 

2.Terms and conditions specific to the type of service

 

2.1.Assessment Call

 

The Assessment Call involves a one-hour virtual consultation between a Hidden Journeys-designated cycling consultant and the client. To schedule an Assessment Call, the client must provide three possible meeting times, information about their travel expectations, the planned route, and the travel dates. Hidden Journeys will assign a cycling advisor with experience on the client's route of interest and confirm the meeting time along with the link for online payment. The link for the Assessment Call will be sent once receipt of full payment is confirmed.

 

The duration of the call will be 60 minutes. If the customer has further questions after that time, a new service will be required to be scheduled for an additional Assessment Call with appropriate payment.

 

2.1.1.Service Exclusions

 

The service does not include the creation of a route. It is recommended that the client plan their route beforehand on a georeferencing platform to obtain more detailed advice.

 

Hidden Journeys is committed to selecting cycling consultants with extensive experience on local routes to facilitate a productive conversation between the client and a local expert. However, the company does not assume responsibility for possible eventualities that the customer may face during their trip, such as road closures, landslides, weather changes, among others.

 

2.1.2.Bookings & Cancellations

 

This service will be 100% refundable if cancelled up to eight days prior to the scheduled date of the Assessment Call. In the event that the customer cancels their booking after this period and up to one day before it, they will be entitled to a 50% refund. In case of canceling the call less than 24 hours in advance, it will not be refundable. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

2.2.Bike rental service


This service involves the rental of the bicycle(s) requested by the customer, guaranteeing their correct functioning at the time of delivery, for the required period of time. The daily cost of each bike varies depending on your specifications. The minimum rental duration is 2 full days.

 

2.2.1.Items Included in the Rent

 

The rental includes the following items:

  • Basic helmet

  • Basic Safety Padlock

  • Flat pedals

  • Thermos holder

  • Tire & Pump Puncture Repair Kit

  • Bikepacking bags

 

At the time of delivery, the customer must confirm that all items are in perfect condition and agrees to return the bike with the accessories in the same condition. Any observations about the condition of the bike must be recorded at the time of delivery, either by email or other means that allow both the customer and Hidden Journeys to be aware of any incident.

 

The delivery and return of the bike will take place at the headquarters of Tingua Hidden Journeys or at the place agreed between the company and the customer. Delivery and return times will be agreed prior to the start of the service. In the event that the client is unable to comply with the scheduled schedule, the cost corresponding to half a day's rental of the bicycle(s), or any additional days taken by the client, will be added.

 

The customer must make a deposit of USD$100 for every 3 days of rental and provide a digital copy of their passport information page. The deposit will be charged through the virtual payment link and will be refunded by the same means two business days after the delivery of the bike and its accessories, once it has been verified that they were returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

 

The customer undertakes not to leave the bike unattended at any time during their trip.

 

2.2.2.Bookings & Cancellations

 

To confirm the booking, the customer must make a payment of 50% of the cost of the service through the digital channels provided by Hidden Journeys. This payment will be 100% refundable up to fifteen days before the start date of the service. In case the client has to cancel their reservation after this period, they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit. The refund will be made using the same payment channel used for the initial transaction. The remaining balance and deposit must be paid via the virtual payment link prior to starting the rental.

2.2.3.Recommendations

 

 

Customers are advised to bring their own helmet for lightness and hygiene during their trip.

Customers have the option to bring their own pedals and use them on rented bikes. However, it is important to note that Hidden Journeys is not responsible for possible damage to the pedals at the time of installation or uninstallation. Customers who choose to use their own pedals should ensure that the installation is done properly to avoid any damage to the bike or pedals.

 

2.2.4.In the Event of a Loss (Damage or Loss)

 

In case of theft:  The customer must report the theft to the relevant authorities as a qualified theft and replace 80% of the value of the bicycle and its accessories according to the price in the local stores of the brand of the stolen bicycle, discounting the value of the deposit. Hidden Journeys will collaborate in this process and will assume the remaining 20%.

In case of loss without indications of qualified theft: The customer must replace 100% of the value of the bicycle and its accessories according to the price in the local stores of the bicycle brand, discounting the value of the deposit.

Damage to the bicycle: If the bicycle  or accessories are not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, the customer must replace 100% of the repair cost, according to the price of the service in the local stores of the brand of the rented bicycle, discounting the value of the deposit.

 

2.2.5.If repairs are required during the trip

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS guarantees the provision of the service with bicycles in optimal conditions. The customer is responsible for making the minimum repairs, such as fixing a flat tire, changing brake pads or cleaning to ensure the proper functioning of the bike during the rental period.

 

In the event that any component of the bicycle requires a complex repair, the customer must immediately inform Tingua Hidden Journeys, who will define whether the cause of the need for repair is due to misuse of the bicycle during the rental or due to maintenance problems, will inform the customer if it must cover the cost of the repair or if it will be reimbursed,  and provide remote assistance to get to the nearest bike shop for repairs.

 

2.3.Tours (travel packages)

 

This service involves the logistical organization and accompaniment of the client in the fulfillment of an itinerary designed by Hidden Journeys. The travel package service is offered in three tiers: Full Support, Bikepacking, and Self-Guided. Each level provides a different approach to coverage of accommodation, meals, bike rentals, and local cycling advice. The customer is free to choose the level that suits their needs.

 

2.3.1.Understanding Service Levels

 

In each package, Hidden Journeys will determine the details of the items included in each service level. Generally speaking, the "Full Support" level is the most convenient through services such as luggage transfer, support vehicle, and accompaniment by a local English-speaking advisor at all times; the "Bikepacking" level, is aimed at cyclists with a higher level of performance who do not require luggage transfer (which implies carrying their clothes in the bikepacking bags that we provide in the bike rental), but who are interested in having the company of the local advisor; and the "Self-Guided" level, aimed at cyclists with extensive experience in bicycle trips, who have their own navigation tools such as bike computers, and in which Hidden Journeys only takes care of the logistics behind reservations and activities.

 

2.3.2.Bookings

 

The booking process is highly personalized. The client is advised to contact at least 2 weeks in advance to initiate the booking, a process that will be agreed via email. Once the desired itinerary, the services included and the final budget are confirmed, Hidden Journeys will send a PayPal link. To confirm the booking, the customer must make the 50% payment, the balance can be paid up to the day before the start of their trip.

 

2.3.3.Cancellations & Date Changes

 

If the customer cancels their trip up to eight days before the start of the itinerary, they will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the deposit. If the cancellation is made 7 days before the start of the trip, no refund of the advance payment will be applied. The client may transfer his/her place to another person up to 2 days before the departure date. From this date, no cancellations or modifications to your booking are permitted.


In case of medical incapacity, the client will be able to obtain a voucher for 50% of the value of his/her reservation for another departure with the presentation of the disability granted by a doctor.


When a situation at the destination that does not allow departure is known in advance, customers will be informed of the possibilities to define a new travel date. In the event that the client wishes to cancel their trip upon being informed of the change, they will have a full refund of the value of their reservation, except for reservations that cannot be reimbursed by the service providers such as accommodation.


When the situation at the destination is known when the customer has already arrived there (extreme adverse weather conditions, public order situations, etc.) and the client has to return, the reimbursable expenses will be reimbursed by the service providers and the necessary services for their return will be coordinated with the client (which may involve additional expenses). Weather conditions will be assessed by one of Tingua Hidden Journeys' cycling advisors. Medium or light rain, for example, will not be considered sufficient reason to cancel a trip.

 

2.3.4.Service Exclusions

 

At the time of agreeing on the final itinerary of the trip, the services included in the budget defined with the client will be detailed. Any service not listed will be taken as an exclusion from the service.

 

2.4.Cycling advisor


The Cycling Advisor service involves the accompaniment of a local cyclist on their bike, making a tour with the client along the agreed route and time. The cycling advisor will contribute to cultural and cycling interpretation according to his/her subjective experience. The duration of the service will be agreed with the client prior to the start of the service. If it lasts more than 6 hours, the advisor's per diem will be added to the cost of the service.


The price of the service is the same for one person or up to 2 people. The client undertakes that the group that takes the service does not exceed this number, otherwise they must inform in advance to make an offer appropriate for the size of the group.


In cases where the chosen route is for a single day, the departure will be between 6am and 8am from the headquarters of Tingua Hidden Journeys, or the one agreed between the company and the client, and the return will be between 2pm and 4pm. In cases where the client is unable to reach the scheduled goal in this time, they must follow the advisor's instructions to return to the point they have reached in order to be back at the established time.


In cases where the chosen route lasts more than one day, the service will be quoted with complementary services such as vehicular accompaniment to carry the client's luggage, logistics at the arrival points and availability to attend to emergencies in case of presentation. This service can be requested for one-day departures for an additional value.

 

2.4.1.Service Exclusions

 

The service does not include the rental of the bicycle. It does not include the cost of hotel and food during the provision of the service, but the logistics service will be advised and provided to meet these needs. Travel insurance is not included.

 

2.4.2.Reservations & Cancellations

 

To secure the reservation, the client must pay 100% of the service through the digital channels provided by Hidden Journeys. This subscription will be 100% refundable up to eight days before taking the service. If the customer must cancel their booking after this limit, and up to 3 days before, they will be entitled to a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made two or less days before the start of the service, it will not be refundable. The refund will be made through the same channel through which the payment was made.

 

2.5.Transfers by vehicle

 

The vehicle transfer service involves the coordination of a transportation service required by the client, in which Hidden Journeys acts as an intermediary. The company will ensure the hiring of vehicles that comply with the transport regulations applicable in Colombia, and with the specific characteristics required by the client for the transfer of sports luggage, or similar. 

 

2.5.1.Service Exclusions


Travel insurance is not included in the service. The vehicle will only move from the place of origin to the destination site, any modification generates fines by the traffic authorities and will be at the customer's expense if he modifies the initial itinerary on the route. Exclusive availability of the vehicle on the requested route. Additional journeys will be quoted and charged separately.

 

2.5.2.Reservations & Cancellations

 

To secure the reservation, the client must pay 100% of the service through the digital channels provided by Hidden Journeys. This subscription will be 100% refundable up to eight days before taking the service. If the customer must cancel their booking after this limit, and up to 3 days before, they will be entitled to a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made two or less days before the start of the service, it will not be refundable. The refund will be made through the same channel through which the payment was made.

 

2.6.Luggage storage

 

The luggage storage service involves the receipt, storage and delivery of the customer's luggage or bicycle boxes for the agreed period. The place of reception and delivery of the bags will be the headquarters of Tingua Hidden Journeys or any other previously agreed place. In case the customer requests pick-up or delivery in a different city, an additional charge will be applied to the deposit service.

 

2.6.1.Service Exclusions


The service includes the storage of a large piece of luggage for a certain period of time. The deposit is made in third-party facilities, and Hidden Journeys takes care of the transfer of the luggage to the facility and returns it to its headquarters. The service does not include insurance for situations beyond the control of Hidden Journeys, such as fires, earthquakes or other events that may result in partial or total loss of luggage. In the event that this occurs, Hidden Journeys will not be responsible for the value or lost items. The service does not provide 24/7 access to baggage, as the facility used has a specific access schedule. Hidden Journeys undertakes to have the luggage ready at the agreed drop-off location; However, if the customer requires their luggage on a different day or time, they will have to cover the additional costs that are generated.

 

2.6.2.Reservations & Cancellations

 

To secure the reservation, the client must pay 100% of the service through the digital channels provided by Hidden Journeys. This subscription will be 100% refundable up to three days before taking the service. If the customer must cancel their booking after this limit, and up to 1 day before, they will be entitled to a 75% refund. If the cancellation is made on the day of the start of the service, it will not be refundable. The refund will be made through the same channel through which the payment was made.

 

2.7.Travel Booklet


This involves sending an itinerary (digital document) chosen by the client. The itinerary includes a digital document in which Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS recommends activities, places to stay, booking links, places to eat or ways to travel (the number of recommendations depends on each destination). The itinerary will only be sent once the full payment of the service is made.

 

2.7.1.Service Exclusions


The service does not include the rental of the bicycle. It does not include the cost of hotel, food or any activity in the itinerary, nor the reservation of activities or services in the itinerary. Travel insurance is not included.

 

Public Reproduction: The contents of our travel guides are intended solely for the personal use of the client. The public reproduction, distribution, sale, lease or any other form of commercial exploitation of our travel guides and associated content without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

2.7.2.Reservations & Cancellations


Once the document has been sent, it will not be possible to cancel the service. The client is entitled to a round of modifications only applicable to accommodation recommendations in case they do not fit their budget, and only if Tingua Hidden Journeys is able to recommend accommodation alternatives. Under no circumstances may the destinations covered in the itinerary originally requested by the client be modified.

 

2.8.Remote Assistance

 

Remote assistance is a service provided by Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS that establishes a direct channel of communication between the client and one or more of its collaborators. This service aims to resolve doubts, provide support for the achievement of solutions and guide the customer during their journey when they require assistance.

 

2.8.1.Service Exclusions

 

The remote assistance service does not cover the payment of any additional services that the customer may require during their trip. In the event that Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS must act as an intermediary for the payment of any service, this must be invoiced and paid for by the client subsequently.

 

Also, it's important to note that remote assistance does not include travel insurance. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance to cover any eventuality during their travel.

 

The provision of this service does not make Tingua Hidden Journeys responsible for any damage, loss, injury or adverse situation that may arise during the trip, both for the client and for third parties. The customer takes full responsibility for their actions and decisions during the course of their trip.

 

2.8.2.Customer Responsibility

 

The customer acknowledges and agrees that remote assistance is a support and orientation service, and does not relieve the customer of his/her personal responsibility during the trip. Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS and its collaborators cannot guarantee the resolution of all problems or situations that may arise during the trip.

 

The customer agrees to use the remote support service ethically and responsibly, avoiding requesting help for illegal or immoral activities.

 

2.8.3.Limitation of Liability

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that may arise as a result of the use of or inability to use the remote support service.

 

2.9. Hiking Excursions

 

This service involves the logistical organization and remote accompaniment of the client in the fulfillment of an itinerary designed by Hidden Journeys and a local hiking operator. Hidden Journeys is in charge of proposing to the client the experiences offered locally, with the services included and the corresponding prices. The client can add to their service the accompaniment of a Spanish-English interpreter in case there is no English guidance available locally. Otherwise, the customer understands that the people they will meet at their destination only speak Spanish.

 

2.9.1.Bookings

 

The booking process is highly personalized. The client is advised to contact at least 2 weeks in advance to initiate the booking, a process that will be agreed via email. 2.10.Audiotours

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys audio tours offer our clients the opportunity to explore and enjoy enriching and self-guided tourist experiences. Our audio tours are designed to provide detailed information about specific tourist destinations, told through high-quality narration and enriched with multimedia content.

 

2.10.1.Service Exclusions


Third-Party Applications: For the playback of our audio tours, we use third-party applications such as Voicemap. The terms and conditions of use of these apps are provided and defined by the app developers themselves. Therefore, any issues regarding the functionality, privacy, security, or use of these applications should be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective application providers. We are not responsible for the policies of third parties or the implications of their use.

 

Public Reproduction: The contents acquired through third-party applications and our audio tours are intended solely for the personal use of the client. The public reproduction, distribution, sale, lease or any other form of commercial exploitation of our audio tours and associated content without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

2.10.2.Reservations & Cancellations


Bookings for our audio tours are made through third-party apps, such as Voicemap. Booking terms and conditions, including availability, pricing and payment methods, are managed by these apps and are subject to their individual policies.

 

Cancellation policies are defined in the third-party apps used to book our audio tours. Customers should review and follow the cancellation policies provided by the applicable app. We are not responsible for any third-party cancellation policies, and any refunds or modifications to bookings must be handled through the app used for the booking.

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys strives to provide high-quality audio tours and memorable sightseeing experiences. However, due to the use of third-party apps, we must adhere to the policies and terms defined by app developers to ensure an optimal experience for our customers.

 

2.11.Sale of souvenirs

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys is pleased to offer souvenirs inspired by Colombia's natural and cultural richness. Our souvenirs are handmade products or with high quality industrial processes that reflect the diversity and beauty of this country. Souvenirs can be purchased through pre-sale or direct purchase, and a delivery date for the product will be agreed with the customer. Unless otherwise stated, delivery does not include home delivery.

 

2.11.1.Service Exclusions


Address: Unless previously agreed and explicitly stated, the delivery of souvenirs does not include the delivery service. Any home delivery requests must be coordinated and agreed with the customer separately, and will be subject to additional fees depending on the location and delivery method.

 

Damage during transport: Although we strive to ensure that our souvenirs are delivered in perfect condition, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. We recommend inspecting the product at the time of delivery and notifying the courier or courier used of any damage. We are committed to helping as much as possible to resolve any issues related to delivery, but we take no responsibility for damage caused after delivery.

2.11.2.Reservations & Cancellations

 

Pre-Sale and Direct Purchase: Souvenirs can be purchased through pre-sale or direct purchase. In the case of pre-sale, the customer must agree with us on the estimated delivery date. In the case of direct purchases, delivery will be made on the date agreed with the customer at the time of purchase.

 

Cancellations: Cancellations of souvenir orders must be notified in advance. For pre-sales, if an order is to be cancelled before the agreed delivery date, the customer must contact us to arrange the cancellation and refund, if applicable. For direct purchases, cancellations must be made within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled delivery date.

 

2.11.3.Return Policy

 

At Tingua Hidden Journeys, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction with the souvenirs we offer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of making returns.

 

2.11.3.1.Conditions for Returns

 

  • Souvenirs must be in their original condition, with no obvious signs of use or damage.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The customer must contact us through the communication channels provided to request the return and receive specific instructions.

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • In the event that the returned souvenirs do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply restocking charges.

 

2.11.3.2.Return Process

 

  1. Once the return request is approved and we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement, depending on the customer's preference.

  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used on the original purchase.

  3. The timeframe for processing returns may vary and will be communicated to the customer at the time of return approval.

 

2.11.3.3.Defective Products or Delivery Errors

 

In the event that the souvenir has manufacturing defects or an error in delivery has occurred, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will offer a full refund or replacement of the product, depending on the customer's choice.

 

3.1.Group tours

 

It is the organization of events that can be by bicycle, walks, adventure activities, cultural tours, among others, of one or several days. The destination, duration, price and elements included in this service will be specified in each activity. This service always includes an emergency insurance policy, the information of which will be given to the client one day before the departure date. The level of difficulty of the ride will also be specified, although the client is responsible for judging its capacity against the distance, elevation and characteristics of the ride.

 

3.1.1.Service Exclusions

 

The service does not include the rental of the bicycle. Those services or elements that are not mentioned in what is included in the activity will be exclusions from the service.

 

3.1.2.Reservations


The customer must reserve their place through the website of Tingua Hidden Journeys S.A.S. or the channel designated for it and make the corresponding payment through the virtual payment platform used by the company or the assigned means. A reservation will only be confirmed once an approved transaction has been received.

 

3.1.3.Cancellations & Date Changes


The customer may cancel their participation up to 15 days before the date of departure. In this case, the entire money will be refunded minus the return fee charged by the payment platform used by the company. The client may transfer his/her place to another person up to 2 days before the departure date. From this date, no cancellations or modifications to your booking are permitted.


In case of medical incapacity, the client will be able to obtain a voucher for 50% of the value of his/her reservation for another departure with the presentation of the disability granted by a doctor.

When this happens, customers will be informed of the new scheduled date and cancellation deadlines will be modified for this new date. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel their participation upon being informed of the change, they will have a full refund of the value of their reservation.

 

3.2.Other services


Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS is a tourism agency, so it can design and offer services and tour packages that will be published on its website. The terms of each service or package will be informed to the customer at the time of making the quote, in any case, for all quotes the general conditions of these terms and conditions apply.

4.General

 

4.1.Data Use Authorization


Hidden Journeys' customer data is entered into a database hosted on the servers of its technology vendors. It is ensured that the infrastructure, hardware and software used are appropriate to securely and reliably store and handle the information of those who provide their personal data. Data subjects can access their data by requesting it through the info@hiddenjourneys.co email.

 

The purpose of the collection and retention of personal data is to be able to contact customers to provide them with the information they require about our offer. Hidden Journeys guarantees that it will not trade, sell or rent the information contained in its personal databases and that it will not transfer it to third parties for promotional or commercial purposes.

 

4.2.Billing, Insurance & Other Information

 

In accordance with Colombian law, the client must provide the necessary information for the billing and insurance process, such as name, identification document, date of birth, address, telephone and email address, among others that are required. The customer authorizes the transmission of this data to service providers such as electronic invoicing, hotels and insurance companies, as well as to government entities that require them, such as the Directorate of Taxes and Customs DIAN and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.

 

4.3.Travel Insurance

 

The client guarantees that he/she has health coverage to attend to any emergency that may arise during the provision of Hidden Journeys' services. The client must provide the details of the insurance or health service with coverage in Colombia. Hidden Journeys guarantees the provision of remote assistance in the event of any emergency in the provision of the service. In the case of packages, Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS includes travel insurance for each client.

 

4.4.Biosecurity Measures

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS undertakes to inform the customer about the mandatory biosecurity measures that apply to their trip or service. It is the client's responsibility to comply with the mandatory and suggested measures to protect themselves and the sites they visit from contagion by viruses or bacteria.

 

4.5.Sustainable Tourism

 

Tingua Hidden Journeys is committed to sustainable tourism. The company expressly condemns and rejects the sexual exploitation of minors. The client agrees to accept Colombian law and to be aware of the regulations against the sexual exploitation of minors, child exploitation, illicit trafficking of fauna and flora, and illegal trafficking of goods of cultural interest. In addition, the client is invited to contribute to the care of the destinations, the proper management of their waste, the care of nature and respect for the communities visited.

 

4.6.Liability and Limitations

 

  1. The Client is responsible for all damages that may be caused to himself or to third parties during the period of provision of the services. Hidden Journeys is not responsible for claims for accidents, injuries, blows or damage caused to themselves and third parties or their property, or for loss of objects caused by any reason beyond the control of Hidden Journeys.

 

  1. It is the client's responsibility to respect the traffic regulations in force in Colombia.

 

  1. The customer is obliged to take good care and take all necessary precautions to protect themselves and the bikes from damage, loss or theft. In the event of any of the aforementioned situations occurring during the service period, the customer will immediately assume all the replacement costs incurred at market price. At the end of the rental period, a representative of Hidden Journeys will determine the conditions of delivery of the rented equipment and assess, if applicable, any loss or damage caused.

 

4.7.Acceptance

 

The booking is conditional on you, the customer, agreeing to our terms. By confirming that you wish to take any of the services offered, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted the applicable terms. If there is a section that you, the customer, do not clearly understand, or if you have any questions about renting the bikes or any other product, please contact us.

 

The technical specifications and accessories will be detailed in the quotes where applicable, where these terms and conditions are understood to be included.

 

In case of divergences on these terms, the parties expressly submit to the rules of Colombian jurisdiction.

 

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The customer agrees to periodically review the terms and conditions to be aware of any modifications.

 

By making use of the services of Tingua Hidden Journeys SAS, the client fully accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein.
